- loaf of bread2 unit(s)
- flaxseed meal2 tablespoon
- water2 tablespoon
- plant milk1 tablespoon
- cinnamon to taste
- in a small pot, mix the flaxseed, milk, cinnamon and water until it forms a gel
- soak your bread in this mixture
- take the bread to a frying pan, if you want you can add more cinnamon on top
- let it brown well on both sides and it's ready
