- Cooked fusilli pasta4 cup
- Lentil1 cup
- Tomato sauce3 cup
- Hot water2 cup
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh Basil Sprig1 unit(s)
- Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic. Add the paprika and mix.
- Add the tomato sauce, water, bay leaf, salt, pepper and lentils and mix.
- Close the pan and cook for 5 minutes after opening pressure.
- Take the pressure off the pan, open it and turn on the fire again.
- Add a little more water if needed.
- Add the basil branch and boil for 3 minutes. Remove the branch, adjust the salt.
- Finish with green onions and serve with cooked fusilli.
