Ingredients

Mix of gluten-free flours (Schar)200 g
Oat flakes50 g
Brown sugar280 g
Coconut oil50 g
Almond milk200 g
Bananas4 unit(s)
Nutmeg to taste
Cinnamon powder to taste
Chemical Yeast10 g

In a bowl, add the gluten-free flour, oats and brown sugar. Mix
Add coconut oil and almond milk.
Separate 2 bananas and mash them with a fork. Add the bananas to the cake mixture. Add the nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix well.
For me, add the chemical yeast and mix, until the dough is incorporated.
Have prepared a greased form with coconut oil and wheat flour. With the 2 remaining bananas, cut them into long strips and line the bottom of the pan.
Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or doing the toothpick test (put a toothpick in the cake, if it comes out clean, it's ready)
