- Mix of gluten-free flours (Schar)200 g
- Oat flakes50 g
- Brown sugar280 g
- Coconut oil50 g
- Almond milk200 g
- Bananas4 unit(s)
- Nutmeg to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Chemical Yeast10 g
- In a bowl, add the gluten-free flour, oats and brown sugar. Mix
- Add coconut oil and almond milk.
- Separate 2 bananas and mash them with a fork. Add the bananas to the cake mixture. Add the nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix well.
- For me, add the chemical yeast and mix, until the dough is incorporated.
- Have prepared a greased form with coconut oil and wheat flour. With the 2 remaining bananas, cut them into long strips and line the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or doing the toothpick test (put a toothpick in the cake, if it comes out clean, it's ready)
