- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Sweet sprinkle1/4 cup
- Olive oil1/2 tablespoon
- Water1/3 cup
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Mix the flours, salt and yeast.
- Add the oil and water and mix well. The dough becomes sticky and elastic.
- Transfer to a greased skillet and cover to cook for about 2 minutes. Flip to brown the other side.
