- Salt to taste
- Spicy paprika, ground coriander and cumin. to taste
- Olives (optional) to taste
- Tomato sauce (fugini)1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Soybean oil2 tablespoon
- Cook the potatoes with the salt and a little paprika.
- Drain the water and mash the potatoes forming a puree, add the oil to make the dough soft.
- Mix the cornstarch and wheat flour with the puree, and form the dough. Until it unglued from the hand. Rub a little oil on your hand too.
- Form the dough into strips and cut into pieces with a knife.
- While making the pasta, heat a pan with water until it boils (put the water up to half of the pan)
- Place the pieces of dough in the boiling water, and when it rises to the surface of the water, it is ready to be removed.
- Use the same pan with water so as not to dirty others, and fry the onions and garlic. Add the tomato sauce with the seasonings. Wait a few minutes for the sauce to adhere to the seasonings.
- Add the pasta to the sauce and serve!
