- Golden Flaxseed3 tablespoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Mustard (sauce)1 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Oil1.5 cup
- Blend the water with flaxseed, vinegar, mustard and salt in a blender until viscous.
- Start adding the oil in a stream (you can leave it with just 1 cup, if you prefer), always beating.
- Store in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
