- Wash the bananas with a sponge removing possible dirt
- Remove the bananas from the stalks
- Put the bananas in the pressure cooker with already hot water to generate thermal shock
- Cover the pot and wait for pressure to come.
- After getting pressure, count 8 minutes and then turn off the pan
- Let the pressure off naturally
- Remove the pulp from the banana peels and place the pulp in a blender.
- Beat the pulp in the blender until it forms a thick and smooth cream. If necessary, add a little water to beat.
- Freeze the biomass in jars or in ice cubes.
