- Palm oil6 tablespoon
- Chopped coriander1 cup
- Lemon1/2 to taste
- Make layers of onion, tomato, peppers and coconut pulp, if possible two layers alternating.
- Add the coconut milk and the juice of half a lemon and bring to a simmer. For 15 minutes.
- Finish with olive oil and cilantro to decorate. Cook for another 5 minutes and serve.
