- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
- Cut the jackfruit into large pieces and put it to pressure cook with water for about 40 minutes.
- Remove the jackfruit from the pressure and wait for it to cool down a bit.
- After cooling, remove the skin and seeds from the jackfruit.
- Shred her 'meat' and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté all the seasonings in the fat you prefer.
- Add the jackfruit to the sautéed seasonings and mash. Then add the extract and mix well.
- Add the wine and mix well.
- Add 1 cup of water and boil for 15 minutes over low heat and covered.
- Serve at will!
