- Olive oil1/3 cup
- Sesame oil1/2 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder1/2 tablespoon
- Coriander powder1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Cardamom powder1 teaspoon
- Clove powder1 coffee spoon
- Cayenne Pepper Powder1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, sesame oil, vinegar, spices and salt well.
- Cut the cabbage into four equal pieces lengthwise and in a large bowl and add the oil mixture.
- Mix carefully so as not to break up the cabbage leaves and let it rest for about 10 minutes for the seasonings to enter between the inner leaves.
- Heat a pan (preferably cast iron) until very hot and add the cabbage.
- After a while, turn to grill the other side and then turn again to grill the bottom. If necessary, add a little more oil.
- Serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
