- Recipe
- Pumpkin pumpkin500 g
- Tomato500 g
- Wheat flour120 g
- Basil50 g
- Parsley50 g
- Olive oil30 g
- Salt10 g
- Cook the pumpkin in (bain-marie recommended) or directly in water, let it cool.
- Chop the parsley very small.
- Mash the pumpkin without the skin and add the chopped parsley, mixing well.
- Add the wheat flour to the dough mixing well. Don't forget to throw dough on the table so it doesn't stick. Make uniform rolls and cut to desired size.
- Put a pot of water on the fire and let it boil to cook the gnocchi.
- Make a basic tomato sauce and set aside. Add basil.
- Cook the gnocchi set aside. In the non-stick frying pan, put oil and add the gnocchi, let it brown and remove. Place the sauce and gnocchi on top in a deep dish, finishing with basil.
