- Tofu400 g
- Cherry Tomatoes12 unit(s)
- Parsley1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Smoked paprika1 tablespoon
- Shoyo2 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Cut the tofu into 2cm slices.
- Cut the tomatoes in half
- chop the parsley
- Cut the onion into petals
- chop the garlic
- Saute onion with oil.
- Add the garlic.
- Reserve.
- In the same skillet where you sautéed the onion and garlic, add the tofu and a drizzle of olive oil. Heat and lightly grill the tofu on both sides.
- Add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
- Add the onion and garlic, stirring lightly so as not to break up the tofu. Finish with the parsley and serve next.
