  • Textured soy2 cup
  • Chuchu1 unit(s)
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Vinegar to taste
  • Fine herbs to taste
  • Shoyo2 tablespoon
  • Mustard3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Soak the two cups of textured soy with vinegar and boiling water for 5 minutes to hydrate, then let it drain well to remove all the water (you can squeeze it with your hand to make it easier)
  2. Cook the chayote and carrot (if you wish you can use other vegetables as well), after cooking cut them into very small pieces
  3. Sauté the oil and fine herbs in a pan, then place the already hydrated soybeans and stir to get the seasoning well.
  4. Gradually add the vegetables, mixing well.
  5. Add the soy sauce and mustard little by little, always stirring and then serve.
