- Plant milk (or water)310 g
- Sugar70 g
- Oil50 g
- Corn starch35 g
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Cinnamon to taste
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Soft Guava150 g
- Mix all the dough ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat with a hook until smooth (about 5 minutes). It can be kneaded by hand as well.
- Let the dough rest covered with plastic wrap until it doubles in volume.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 cm.
- Spread the soft guava. Make a roulade and cut slices.
- Arrange the slices in greased and floured baking pans with a central hole.
- Let rest covered with plastic wrap until doubled in volume.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden.
