- Cashew Nut Cream500 ml
- Minced Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
- Finely chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Palm hearts cut into medium slices400 g
- Chopped leek80 g
- Olive-flavored tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Water if needed250 ml
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Chopped Parsley1/2 cup
- Liquid or powder smoke to taste
- Oregano, sweet paprika to taste
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- First of all, put a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Then sauté the garlic, leek and onion until lightly golden, then add the hearts of palm. Then season with salt, pepper, oregano, sweet paprika, liquid or powdered smoke and sauté briefly for a few minutes. Then add the tomato sauce, water, mustard and mix. Adjust the salt, lower the heat and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Then add the chestnut milk and mix well to thicken a little. Finally, add the chopped parsley, mix and turn off the heat.
