- Recipe
- Coarse flaked oats3 cup
- Rice flakes (or corn)1/2 cup
- Raw cashews1 cup
- Peanut1 cup
- Sesame seed1/4 cup
- Honey or molasses2 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients and add the honey last. Stir well to spread the honey.
- Bake in a greased shape in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Stir during this time a couple of times so it doesn't burn.
- Allow to cool and store in a tightly closed container, preferably glass.
