- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Ground flaxseed2 tablespoon
- Oat flakes1.5 cup
- Raisins or chopped apricots1/2 cup
- 70% chocolate chips or chips1/2 cup
- Chestnuts or chopped or crushed almonds1/4 cup
- Vegetable Protein Powder40 g
- Grated coconut, cinnamon powder, rice flakes (optional) to taste
- Chia1 dessert spoon
- Ripe mashed banana1 unit(s)
- Cane molasses3 tablespoon
- Wholemeal peanut butter1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- In one bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and in another, mix the wet ingredients. Then combine the two and mix well. Spread the dough on a baking sheet covered with plastic wrap or parchment paper. Press until straight. Place in the fridge for a few hours until firm. Then cut into 12 rectangular bars. Wrap in aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Lasts up to 20 days in the fridge.
