  • Grated carrot rind and the ends too to taste
  • Leek leaves to taste
  • Zucchini skins and the ends too to taste
  • Parsley stalk to taste
  • Broccoli stalks and whatever else you want to taste
  1. To join and not spoil. The peels and stalks I put in a bag, close and leave in the freezer
  2. When I have a reasonable and varied amount, I fill a pan with 1 liter of water
  3. After boiling you strain and you will have more natural vegetable broth. You can store it in the fridge and use it in up to 3 days or you can put it in ice cube trays and then the yield is much higher, keep it covered. In the freezer it lasts for 30 days.
