- Butter2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Black Pepper Powder1 teaspoon
- Dehydrated seasoning. Garlic, onion and parsley (available at health food stores)1 tablespoon
- Smoke Seasoning Powder1 coffee spoon
- Cassava flour to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the leek into small pieces.
- In a pan put the butter, oil and leek. Saute for a few minutes on low heat. Add the amount of flour you want, seasonings, salt. If you prefer it more moist, add butter or olive oil. Mix well.
