- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic cloves.5 unit(s)
- Nori seaweed sheets4 unit(s)
- Tablespoons of tomato paste5 tablespoon
- Use cooked lentils without seasoning. Don't forget to soak the lentils for 12 hours.
- In a blender or mixer, beat the peppers, seaweed and lentils. And book.
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic with olive oil until golden, add the tomato paste and leave for a few moments.
- Then add the reserved mixture, cover the pan and let it reduce until it becomes a paste.
- Add salt and parsley to taste. Serve cold.
