- Handful of sprouted grains (can be chickpeas, sunflower seeds, almonds, quinoa or wheat)1 cup
- Green leaves to taste (kale, chicory, fennel, lettuce…)2 unit(s)

- Cut the apples in four and remove the seeds. Put them in the blender with the sprouted grain and blend, with the lid open, using the cucumber as a punch. Do not add water, which will be extracted from the cucumber. Then, gather the leaves, the vegetable and the root and hit the blender. Strain using a voile fabric bag and serve. The juice should be consumed right away, but it lasts for about 12 hours in the fridge without spoiling.
