- Palmer mango1 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Girl's Finger Pepper1/4 unit(s)
- Coriander1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Cut the onion into thin slices (I used the mandolin).
- Soak the chopped onion in a bowl of water and ice to make it crispier and the flavor to be milder.
- Cut the mango into small cubes. Chop the coriander.
- Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into very small cubes.
- In a bowl put the ingredients, drain the water from the onion and put together.
- Season with lemon , salt and oil .
- Mix well and leave in the fridge until serving.
