- Moroccan Couscous1 cup
- Boiling water1 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped red onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Raisins3 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Smoked Tofu, chopped into small cubes60 g
- Chopped Chili Pepper4 tablespoon
- Flaked Almonds3 tablespoon
- Chopped green smell2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a container, place the couscous and add the boiling water. Mix. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for about 5 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed and the couscous is tender. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Serve next.
