- Shimeji Mushroom2 cup

- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Oat flour1 cup
- Chop the onion, parsley and Shimeji. Beat the garlic.
- Saute onion and garlic. Add parsley and shimeji. Take it to a bowl and add the oats. Put salt to taste. Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
- After, remove from the fridge, mold in the shape of a hamburger and fry! Ready!
