- Assorted mushrooms200 g
- Chestnut cream11/2 cup
- Shoyu2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Nutmeg1 teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard1 teaspoon
- Clean and dry the mushrooms well, chop into smaller pieces or slices.
- Cut the onion and tomatoes into cubes, remove the skin from the tomatoes.
- In a pan, heat the oil and brown the onion.
- Add the tomato and let it break down.
- Add the mushrooms and stir.
- Finally put the chestnut cream, mustard and soy sauce.
- Mix until it thickens a little, to the extent of a cream.
