- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- White sauce1 cup
- Corn to taste
- Olive to taste
- Tomato sauce or ketchup to taste
- Slice the mushrooms (1 tray) and sauté in olive oil with salt and smoked paprika.
- Add white sauce (can be vegan or cashew nut or cauliflower sauce, whichever you prefer), corn and olives.
- Then add ketchup or tomato sauce until it's the color of Stroganoff, let it boil and it's ready!
