- Okra300 g
- Wheat flour200 g
- Sparkling water120 ml
- Olive oil50 ml
- Granulated Tapioca400 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sunflower oil for frying to taste
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, the cold soda water and the olive oil until you get a pancake point. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pass the okra in this mixture and then pass the granulated tapioca.
- Deep-fry until crispy.
- It is not necessary to cook the okra first. They will cook in the heat of frying.
