- fruits of your choice, suggestions: bananas, mangoes, grapes, strawberries1 cup
- oat flakes2 tablespoon
- plant milk4 tablespoon
- sugar1 coffee spoon
- soy yogurt (optional)1 unit(s)
- granola3 dessert spoon
- In a glass or bowl, place the oatmeal and drizzle with vegetable milk to hydrate it. Then place the first layer of fruit and 1/4 of the yogurt cup. Use sugar to sweeten milk and yogurt, if necessary. Again another layer of fruit and another layer of yogurt. Finish with granola and fruit. Repeat to make the second cup, or change the type of fruit. Let the glasses "sleep" in the fridge, covered, until the next day.
