- Pappardelle500 g
- Spinach leaves2 cup
- Dried tomatoes10 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Meanwhile, saute the garlic in olive oil
- Add the spinach and saute 1 minute, stirring
- Turn off the heat and add the dried tomatoes.
- Drain the pasta
- Return to the pan and drizzle with olive oil.
