- Small grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Pea1 can(s)
- Raisins to taste
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Minced garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Boil the water.
- In another pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic.
- Add the rice and salt. Saute for 3 minutes.
- Pour boiling water into the rice cooker and stir.
- Add the carrot, pea and raisins. Stir well and reduce heat to low.
- Cook with the pan covered until the rice dries.
- Once dry, turn off the heat, mix everything, cover the pan again and leave it simmering for 5 minutes.
- Is ready!
