- Cooked Chickpeas1 cup
- Cooked Chickpeas1/2 cup
- Boiled Beetroot2 unit(s)
- Tahini (optional)3 tablespoon
- Freshly squeezed lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- In the food processor, add the chickpeas, beetroot, tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Beat until it forms a more rustic paste. If necessary add filtered water little by little for a smoother consistency. and knock again
- Taste and season with salt
- Transfer the hummus to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chives and/or seeds (optional).
