- Cut the banana into cubes and drizzle a little lemon juice so it doesn't brown. Cut the onion into cubes and leave it in the water for 5 minutes to make it softer. Drain and set aside. In a container, place the banana, the chopped girl's finger pepper, the cilantro, the zest of half a lemon, the onion, the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, check the lemon and it's ready to serve 😋😋
