- Oat flour1 cup
- Oats1/2 cup
- Beetroot1/2 cup
- Banana Peel5 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Parsley and Chives to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Curry to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 cup
- Save the skins and bananas after consumption and let them soak, washing them twice
- Boil water and place the shells in boiling water for 5 minutes
- Discard the water, let the shells cool and cut them into very thin slices.
- In a large skillet, add oil, heat a little and add the onion and garlic to brown.
- Then put the cut shells and let them brown a little
- When they are more burnt add the seasonings and mix well.
- For the dough: peel the potatoes and cook them until very soft.
- Peel the beetroot and grate it until it is fine.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the potatoes well after they cool.
- In a food processor or blender, place the grated beetroot with the oatmeal and oatmeal. Whisk until everything is homogenized.
- Add this mixture to the potato and mix and shape it with your hands.
- Add salt, pepper and seasonings to taste last with olive oil and mix more
- With your mother, open the potato dough and fill it with the seasoned banana peel.
