- Cooked chickpeas (can be canned)1 cup
- Wholemeal peanut butter1 cup
- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Cane molasses1 tablespoon
- Isolated pea or soy protein (cocoa, coffee, caramel, dulce de leche or similar flavor)20 g
- Cocoa powder1 dessert spoon
- Water3 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt (if not canned chickpeas)1 to taste
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, in a moldable consistency. Shape 16 balls and roll into whatever you want: cocoa powder, or grated coconut, or cinnamon, etc. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. It can freeze.
