- Tapioca1 cup
- Peanut Butter4 tablespoon
- Vegan white chocolate60 g
- Green Grapes to taste
- Dose of Vegan Whey Protein Vanilla Flavor (Muke)1/2 unit(s)
- Filtered water2 teaspoon
- In a medium non-stick frying pan, place the tapioca and hit it well with a spatula.
- Wait for it to cook and turn it aside, leave it on low heat.
- Melt chocolate in microwave every 15 seconds
- When the chocolate is well melted add the peanut butter and mix well until smooth.
- Place the white chocolate peanut butter filling in the tapioca and close by folding in half.
- Wait a bit and turn off the heat.
- Place on a plate and cut into squares
- Make the protein syrup by mixing the dose of Whey protein with a little water, add it little by little and stir until it forms a consistent syrup (if necessary add more water)
- Pour the syrup over the squares and decorate with the green grapes.
- Serve right away 😋 Great snack option during national team games or pre training 💪🇧🇷
