- 1 cup pumpkin seeds (8h eve dressing)150 ml
- Mineral or spring water1 l
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Discard the soaking water from the seeds. Wash and drain. Heat the mineral water by testing the temperature by hand. Put the seeds in a blender with little water and blend until a paste forms. Add the rest of the mineral water and beat for another 3 minutes. Strain several times. Use the bran for other recipes. (I will post later) Serve as you like. Yields 1lt
