- White Quinoa Grains1/2 cup
- grated carrot1/2 cup
- Fresh peas1/3 cup
- Chopped Cauliflower1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped leek1/4 cup
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and brown the garlic, onion and leek.
- Add the paprika, quinoa, bay leaf, salt and mix.
- Add 200ml of hot water and cook the quinoa until al dente.
- Add the grated carrot and cauliflower, adjust the salt. Add more hot water if needed.
- When the vegetables are al dente, finish with the peas.
