- Cut all the vegetables into thin slices and into a casserole, line the bottom with olive oil, add the sliced vegetables in a row. Peel garlic and place on top
- Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds, make a tomato sauce the way you like.
- Cover the ratatouille with the tomato sauce and add rosemary to flavor.
- Bake at 200° for 20 minutes or until the vegetables start to caramelize.
