- Tomato sauce to taste
- Garlic Cloves to taste
- Rosemary and Basil to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the tomatoes, onions, zucchinis and eggplants into slices approximately 0.5 cm thick. Try to use vegetables with similar circumferences.
- In a round refractory, place the tomato sauce at the bottom.
- Take a slice of each vegetable, and arrange over the tomato sauce, arranging them in a spiral.
- When filling the refractory, season with salt, black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place a few cloves of garlic spread across the refractory, and the rosemary.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and leave in the oven for a few more minutes.
- Finish with basil and serve.
