- Gorgonzola cheese150 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Place the rice, water, orange juice and salt in the pressure cooker.
- Cover the pressure cooker with the lid and turn on the heat. When the pan starts to sizzle, let it cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and remove the pressure from the pan.
- Add the gorgonzola and butter. I used gorgonzola cheese and vegetable-based butter. A delight!
- Place the lid on the pan and wait 1 minute. You don't need to close the pan. It's just for heating the cheese and melting the butter.
- Uncover the pan, mix the gorgonzola and butter with the rice.
- Is ready. It's just serving.
