- Whole Cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Tahini1/2 cup
- Honey or molasses2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Mix all the ingredients (except the cauliflower) with a fork or fouet until you get a homogeneous sauce. If the tahini is more liquid, you can shake it all in a small pot, as I did in the video!
- With a spoon or brush (easier) spread the mixture all over the cauliflower. Start from the bottom and inside. Then at the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. . 💡 IMPORTANT: In order for the cauliflower to be cooked inside and not dry out, there's a jump of the cat: place a tray with water on the bottom rack of the oven!
