  • Whole Cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Tahini1/2 cup
  • Honey or molasses2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients (except the cauliflower) with a fork or fouet until you get a homogeneous sauce. If the tahini is more liquid, you can shake it all in a small pot, as I did in the video!
  2. With a spoon or brush (easier) spread the mixture all over the cauliflower. Start from the bottom and inside. Then at the top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. . 💡 IMPORTANT: In order for the cauliflower to be cooked inside and not dry out, there's a jump of the cat: place a tray with water on the bottom rack of the oven!
