- Cut the caps off the heads of garlic with a knife. Arrange the garlic on aluminum foil, sprinkle with oil and salt, you can also add the seasonings you prefer.
- Close the garlic bag and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40min. Take the garlic out of the oven, let it cool a little and squeeze the cloves to get the stuffing out of them, which will form a paste. Knead the paste well and season with more oil and salt.
