- Start by mixing all the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- With a spoon, add the water and mix well, evaluate if you need a little more water, leaving the mixture very homogeneous and gelatinous.
- In a flat frying pan, leave it on low heat and pour your dough and with the help of a spatula or spoon spread it well over your frying pan (depending on yours, you don't need oil, but if you need to put a drizzle of olive oil first)
- Let the dough dry and notice that it starts to harden and look like a crepe.
- With a spatula, gradually remove it from the edge.

- For stuffing it's your choice, I love eating it with peanut butter, banana and cinnamon and as a savory option I love it with tahini, avocado and pumpkin seeds with sunflower
