- grated ginger1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Straw Potato to taste
- In a refractory, place the grated carrot, chopped tomato and onion. In the blender place the cashews, curry, chopped garlic cloves, ginger, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and add the water little by little. Beat all the ingredients. It will form a cream.
- Add the chestnut cream along with the other ingredients. Serve cold.
