- Turmeric to taste
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Minced garlic (one clove minced)1 unit(s)
- Vegetable oil1 tablespoon
- With a fork, mash the tofu and set aside. In a skillet, heat the oil and then add the onion and garlic. When they are golden, add the tofu and seasonings and stir until all the water in the tofu dries up and the appearance resembles a scrambled egg. Finish with chopped parsley and serve next.
