- White shimeji mushroom400 g
- Asterix potato400 g
- Seaweed nori large5 unit(s)
- Olive oil100 ml
- Black pepper5 g
- Salt5 g
- Cassava Flour100 g
- Green smell100 g
- Sunflower oil1 l

- Place the whole unpeeled potatoes to cook in a tall pan with plenty of salted water.
- Clean and chop the mushrooms, garlic and parsley
- Sauté the mushroom in a wide, very hot frying pan so that it does not release water.
- Add the garlic, sauté more, set aside, if you made water, drain
- When cooked (test with a knife, if it goes through the potato it's good!), remove the potatoes from the heat and peel
- Immediately knead them in the best way
- Let the potato and mushroom cool down before putting the two together so as not to generate moisture in the dough.
- Meanwhile, chop the green smell
- Now, gather all the ingredients: mushrooms, mashed potatoes, parsley, salt, black pepper, half the wheat flour, lemon juice and most importantly, sprinkled nori seaweed
- Taste it, it should be seasoned
- Heat the pan with oil and prepare the frying step
- *Always good to fry one before rolling them all up to see if the end result is to your liking!*
- Roll up a dumpling, dip it in flour and fry until golden brown, taste it and if it's good, repeat the process with everyone!
- Serve with olive oil and lemon wedges!
