- Shimeji200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Shoyu3 tablespoon
- Chives1 to taste
- Wash the shimeji and cut the stalks so they are loose.
- Heat the skillet well and add the butter to melt.
- Add the shimeji and stir for approximately 3 minutes (it has to be really fast).
- Add the soy sauce and stir quickly.
- Add the chives, smother and turn off the heat.
