- Onion in strips (Juliene)100 g
- Garlic10 g
- Chives100 g
- Soybean oil50 g
- Shoyu100 g
- Tear the mushrooms by highlighting them.
- Cut the onion and mince the garlic!
- Place the skillet on the fire, heat and add the oil, onion and garlic and let it brown.
- Add the mushrooms and let it sauté until it checks a little, add the soy sauce and leave for another 3 minutes. Taste and see if it's soft.
- Cut the chives into slices and mix. Don't skimp on chives, they will enhance the flavor. If necessary, add a pinch of salt.
